SOFT TULLE - OCEAN TEAL

These are very soft, 100% polyester tulle perfect for making tutus, veils, and hairbows!

It is also suitable to use as undercoat for tutu dresses, but not the full dress as it doesn't has the volume desired for making a tutu.
